Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Captain, Client Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a remote support team and assist with daily operations to provide proactive and reactive customer support
  • Coach team members on performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Analyze data to identify user issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience with 5-7 years in Technical Support or a customer-facing role
  • 3+ years of managerial experience, preferably in a remote environment
  • 3+ years of experience in a Technical Call Center Environment
  • Certifications such as SSCA, SSVVP, or CompTIA Network+
  • Advanced technical knowledge of Cloud Communication Voice Services
