Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Captain, Client Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a remote support team and assist with daily operations to provide proactive and reactive customer support
- Coach team members on performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews
- Analyze data to identify user issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience with 5-7 years in Technical Support or a customer-facing role
- 3+ years of managerial experience, preferably in a remote environment
- 3+ years of experience in a Technical Call Center Environment
- Certifications such as SSCA, SSVVP, or CompTIA Network+
- Advanced technical knowledge of Cloud Communication Voice Services
