Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Solutions Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and provide guidance to Enterprise Support Engineers, ensuring quality in case management
- Monitor performance metrics, ticket flow, and adherence to service level agreements (SLA)
- Deliver advanced troubleshooting support for complex issues related to AVD, Intune, and customer onboarding
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical support, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise systems
- Strong experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and Intune environments
- Ability to lead peers and establish technical standards
- Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex technical issues
- Completion of Microsoft AZ104 Certification within 90 days of employment
