Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Solutions Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and provide guidance to Enterprise Support Engineers, ensuring quality in case management
  • Monitor performance metrics, ticket flow, and adherence to service level agreements (SLA)
  • Deliver advanced troubleshooting support for complex issues related to AVD, Intune, and customer onboarding
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise systems
  • Strong experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and Intune environments
  • Ability to lead peers and establish technical standards
  • Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex technical issues
  • Completion of Microsoft AZ104 Certification within 90 days of employment
