Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part-time Technical Support Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via calls, portal requests, and emails, ensuring first-time resolutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues using a logical approach
- Collaborate with team members to escalate product issues and create/update knowledge base articles
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in information systems, engineering technology, computer programming, or a related field
- Previous experience demonstrating technical learning ability and aptitude may be considered
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
