Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Tech I to provide software and hardware support remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for software and hardware to employees, sales reps, and customers
  • Diagnose and resolve issues following documented procedures and escalate higher-tier problems as needed
  • Document all interactions and provide training to prevent future issues and enhance user knowledge


Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 1 to 2 years of IT work experience in computer systems or support
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic hardware and software products
  • Experience with call tracking systems and Help Desk practices
  • Familiarity with tools such as Ivanti, Active Directory, and Outlook functionality
