Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Technician I.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephone support to customers and resolve issues via phone, chat, and email
- Maintain records of customer issues and resolutions, and manage site setups and report distribution
- Collaborate with Software Engineers and field support to develop action plans and assist in training others
Required Qualifications
- 4-year BA degree in Interdisciplinary Studies
- 12+ years of technical support, call center, or customer support experience
- Working knowledge of PC software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office
- Ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
- Experience in creating technical documentation and managing customer configurations
