Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Technician I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide telephone support to customers and resolve issues via phone, chat, and email
  • Maintain records of customer issues and resolutions, and manage site setups and report distribution
  • Collaborate with Software Engineers and field support to develop action plans and assist in training others
Required Qualifications
  • 4-year BA degree in Interdisciplinary Studies
  • 12+ years of technical support, call center, or customer support experience
  • Working knowledge of PC software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office
  • Ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
  • Experience in creating technical documentation and managing customer configurations
