Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Technician II to provide remote technical support for retail customer incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional phone support for technical issues and ensure compliance with SLAs
- Document incident transactions and perform troubleshooting to restore service
- Diagnose and resolve hardware incidents for various systems and support onsite technicians
Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Point-of-Sale (POS) and/or Self-Checkout qualifications
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting POS systems, networks, and computers
