Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Technician II to provide remote technical support for retail customer incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional phone support for technical issues and ensure compliance with SLAs
  • Document incident transactions and perform troubleshooting to restore service
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware incidents for various systems and support onsite technicians
Required Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Point-of-Sale (POS) and/or Self-Checkout qualifications
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting POS systems, networks, and computers
