Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Technician to provide essential IT support and maintain service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support via phone and email for IT-related issues
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software, including mobile devices
  • Assist with office moves and conference room technology setup, ensuring timely resolution of service requests
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent with two or more years of Service Desk experience, preferably in a law firm
  • Experience in a Microsoft environment and familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
  • Knowledge of Dell hardware, mobile operating systems (iOS and Android), and client PC connectivity
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to a diverse range of end-users
  • Willingness to participate in on-call and after-hours support as needed
