Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Technician to provide essential IT support and maintain service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support via phone and email for IT-related issues
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software, including mobile devices
- Assist with office moves and conference room technology setup, ensuring timely resolution of service requests
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with two or more years of Service Desk experience, preferably in a law firm
- Experience in a Microsoft environment and familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge of Dell hardware, mobile operating systems (iOS and Android), and client PC connectivity
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to a diverse range of end-users
- Willingness to participate in on-call and after-hours support as needed
