Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Technician to provide essential IT support and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service primarily through phone contact with end-users
  • Resolve service desk requests related to computer systems, software, hardware, and remote access
  • Support audio and video equipment for conference rooms and assist with office moves as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent with two or more years of Service Desk experience, preferably in a law firm
  • Experience in a Microsoft environment and familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems, including iOS and Android
  • Ability to participate in rotating on-call and after-hours support
  • Ongoing interest in personal and professional development and training
