Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Technician to provide essential IT support and maintain service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service and support via phone, email, and ticket requests for IT issues
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software, including mobile devices
  • Assist with office moves and conference room technology setup, and complete special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent with two or more years of Service Desk experience, preferably in a law firm
  • Experience in a Microsoft environment and familiarity with various IT systems and software
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards
  • Participation in rotating on-call and after-hours support is required
  • Ongoing interest in personal and professional development and training
