Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Technician to provide essential IT support and maintain service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and support via phone, email, and ticket requests for IT issues
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software, including mobile devices
- Assist with office moves and conference room technology setup, and complete special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with two or more years of Service Desk experience, preferably in a law firm
- Experience in a Microsoft environment and familiarity with various IT systems and software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards
- Participation in rotating on-call and after-hours support is required
- Ongoing interest in personal and professional development and training
