Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer - Trainee (Project).

Key Responsibilities / Activities

• Triage and investigate incoming technical issues and support tickets
• Analyze logs and system behavior to identify root causes
• Document findings and escalate issues to Engineering or Senior Support as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1-2 years of experience in web development or technical support roles
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Basic understanding of web development principles and front-end architecture
• Experience analyzing technical issues in web-based environments
• Experience in AdTech is a plus
