Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team on a project-based engagement, the remote Technical Support Trainee will support day-to-day technical operations, assist in troubleshooting issues, and provide first-level support to users while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and investigate incoming technical issues and support tickets
  • Analyze logs and system behavior to identify root causes of reported issues

Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in web development or technical support roles
  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

  • Advanced English level
