Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team on a project-based engagement, the remote Technical Support Trainee will support day-to-day technical operations, assist in troubleshooting issues, and provide first-level support to users while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage and investigate incoming technical issues and support tickets
- Analyze logs and system behavior to identify root causes of reported issues
- Document findings and troubleshooting steps clearly and accurately
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in web development or technical support roles
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Basic understanding of web development principles and front-end architecture
- Experience analyzing technical issues in web-based environments
- Advanced English level
