Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Trainer in Semiconductor Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training materials and sessions for manufacturing and systems procedures
• Partner with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and convert complex content into effective training
• Support onboarding, career development, and training tracking systems for manufacturing employees

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6 years with a Master's degree
• Technical background in semiconductor or technical manufacturing
• Proven ability to design and develop technical curriculum and instructional materials
• Demonstrated success in delivering training to manufacturing and engineering audiences
• Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and systems
