Technical System Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance go-to-market efficiency, the full-time remote RevOps Technical System Analyst will manage the revenue tech stack, optimize CRM workflows, and oversee lead management processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and oversee platforms for revenue intelligence, forecasting, and automation, ensuring tool interoperability
• Act as a liaison with Salesforce admins for CRM data improvements and manage account scoring and enrichment
• Build and maintain automated lead routing processes while collaborating with marketing to ensure lead quality

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on revenue technology
• 3+ years of hands-on CRM administration experience, preferably with Salesforce
• Experience with API-based integrations and data governance strategies
• Familiarity with revenue tech tools such as Gong, Clari, and Ringlead
• Strong project management skills, including backlog management and stakeholder communication
