Technical Systems Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Systems Administrator to support and maintain their Learning Management System and related instructional technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, document, and maintain Brightspace and integrated instructional systems
• Independently identify, track, and resolve system issues while ensuring proper functionality
• Develop and maintain access to learning data through custom reporting and analytics

Qualifications

• Experience as a technical system administrator of Brightspace or similar LMS
• Experience with QA and acceptance testing
• Strong understanding of Brightspace data sets and familiarity with custom reporting tools
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with light scripting and APIs for automation and data workflows
