Technical Systems Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical/Functional Systems Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for AutoTime, providing operational support and resolving issues
- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, translating them into technical specifications
- Implement solutions, create queries, and provide estimates on requested changes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 5+ years' experience supporting Workforce AutoTime or similar timekeeping applications
- 5+ years' experience in a multi-tiered application environment including Oracle databases and SQL
- Experience interpreting user requirements and generating functional specifications
- Experience in project deployment as a technical lead
- Experience in customer-facing or IT lead roles
