Technical Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Bridging the gap between complex technical systems and clear documentation, the full-time Technical Systems Analyst/Writer will analyze clinical network infrastructures and enterprise IT systems while creating high-quality visual diagrams and accessible documentation in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex enterprise IT systems and clinical applications to create accurate technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Design and maintain detailed network and architecture diagrams using Microsoft Visio, distinguishing between IT infrastructure and clinical networks
• Document data flows and map network ports, protocols, and communication paths for clinical data exchange and medical device telemetry

Required qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Systems Analyst, Technical Writer, or similar role in a healthcare IT environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Visio for creating complex network topologies and clinical data flow diagrams
• Solid understanding of enterprise networking concepts and how clinical systems interface with IT networks
• Exceptional written communication skills for translating complex workflows into clear documentation
