Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Systems Integrations Specialist to facilitate customer technical integrations and services for educational products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onboarding, guidance, and support for customers regarding technical integrations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve system issues and improve performance
  • Maintain documentation for common technical integration issues and track customer resolutions
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in web application support or technical helpdesk
  • Experience with Clever, ClassLink, and OneRoster preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively
