Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Systems Integrations Specialist to facilitate customer technical integrations and services for educational products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onboarding, guidance, and support for customers regarding technical integrations
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve system issues and improve performance
- Maintain documentation for common technical integration issues and track customer resolutions
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in web application support or technical helpdesk
- Experience with Clever, ClassLink, and OneRoster preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively
