Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or data and analytics
• 2+ years of experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
• Experience with AI-enabled workflow and automation tools
• Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies, including Salesforce, Workday, and Jira
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
