Required Qualifications

• B.S. degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of technical recruitment experience, particularly in product management and software engineering
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), specifically Paylocity
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the tech talent landscape
• Well organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
