Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for product and engineering roles using various sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create recruitment forecasts
- Assess candidates' technical strengths and cultural fit through evaluation and structured interviews
Required Qualifications
- B.S. degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of technical recruitment experience, particularly in product management and software engineering
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), specifically Paylocity
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the tech talent landscape
- Well organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
