Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to manage recruiting for technical roles in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data, Machine Learning, Product, and Infrastructure
- Proactively source and engage passive technical candidates using various platforms and creative strategies
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future technical hiring needs
Required Qualifications
- 3-6+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles in a startup or high-growth environment
- Proven success in full-cycle, in-house technical recruiting
- Strong technical sourcing skills and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub
- Experience using an ATS, preferably Ashby, and ability to leverage recruiting data
- Interest in AI-powered recruiting tools to enhance hiring workflows
