Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to handle full cycle recruitment for open roles across the technology and product organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform full cycle recruitment for roles across the product and technology organizations
  • Develop talent acquisition practices, processes, and systems to stay competitive in the marketplace
  • Proactively share market and competitive intelligence to influence talent, business, and organizational design decisions
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a full cycle technical recruiter
  • Proven track record for hiring top talent in a competitive environment and successfully networking externally
  • Experience with multiple applicant tracking systems, preferably JazzHR
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, including EEO and ADA regulations
  • Able to maintain high levels of confidentiality
