Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to handle full cycle recruitment for open roles across the technology and product organization.
Responsibilities:
- Perform full cycle recruitment for roles across the product and technology organizations
- Develop talent acquisition practices, processes, and systems to stay competitive in the marketplace
- Proactively share market and competitive intelligence to influence talent, business, and organizational design decisions
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a full cycle technical recruiter
- Proven track record for hiring top talent in a competitive environment and successfully networking externally
- Experience with multiple applicant tracking systems, preferably JazzHR
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, including EEO and ADA regulations
- Able to maintain high levels of confidentiality
