• Enhance recruiting systems and practices by exploring and implementing AI-enabled tools and workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent experience recruiting for technical roles, particularly in engineering and AI
• 2+ years of experience in a high-growth technology startup environment
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers to create role definitions and candidate profiles
• Curiosity and experience with AI tools and recruiting technology
• Strong judgment and a commitment to maintaining a high hiring standard
