Job Summary

Supporting the Product and Engineering organizations, the full-time Technical Talent Partner will lead full-cycle technical recruiting and serve as a People Partner, focusing on onboarding, performance management, and culture-building in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle technical recruiting for various roles, including Software Engineering and Product Management, while maintaining warm talent pipelines across multiple regions
  • Act as the primary People Partner for Product and Engineering managers, assisting with performance conversations and retention efforts
  • Oversee the offer to start date experience for new technical hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and maintaining accurate employee data
Required qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience in SaaS or software companies, with a focus on technical talent
  • Experience supporting broader People or HRBP work, with a demonstrated interest in HR practices
  • Familiarity with recruiting internationally, particularly in India and LATAM, including knowledge of regional market dynamics
  • Working knowledge of HR systems, preferably Rippling, and experience with AI tools in recruiting workflows
  • An HR degree, HR certification, or a strong interest in the HR field with a desire for career growth
