Technical Talent Sourcer
Job Summary
To accelerate technical team hiring over the next six months, the part-time contract Technical Talent Sourcer will drive outbound sourcing campaigns, build targeted pipelines across various engineering disciplines, and partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and engage exceptional talent remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive outbound sourcing campaigns for high-priority engineering roles
- Build targeted pipelines across hardware, mechanical, electrical, firmware, controls, manufacturing, and software engineering disciplines
- Track sourcing metrics and continuously optimize strategy based on response and conversion rates
Required qualifications
- 3-7+ years of technical sourcing experience in a high-growth or technical environment
- Demonstrated success sourcing engineers across hardware and software domains
- Strong proficiency with modern sourcing tools and talent intelligence platforms
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance sourcing and candidate engagement
- Ability to quickly understand complex technical requirements
