Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Team Lead to provide guidance and support to service technicians while driving customer service and team KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for technician questions and issues
  • Monitor communication channels to ensure technicians receive support for ticket resolution
  • Manage high-priority escalations and maintain robust communication with customers and management
Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge of PC hardware installation, repair, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Experience in scripting within a Windows environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office applications
  • 1-2 years of leadership and training experience in an IT environment; MSP experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred
