A company is looking for a Technical Team Lead to join their fully remote, globally distributed team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional project team, overseeing technical execution and ensuring timely delivery
• Participate in hands-on development using .NET Core and React, contributing to both backend and frontend codebases
• Foster a collaborative team culture and drive process improvements using Agile methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Experience in full stack development, particularly with .NET Core and React
• Proven experience in a team leadership role managing cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and modern software design practices
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and strong prompt engineering skills
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
