Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Team Lead to provide guidance and support to service technicians while driving customer service and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technician questions and issues
- Monitor service boards and assist technicians in ticket resolution
- Drive customer satisfaction and service KPIs for the team and individual technicians
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of tech support experience
- 1-2 years of people management experience in an IT environment
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred
- Knowledge of PC hardware installation, repair, and troubleshooting
