Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Team Lead to provide guidance and support to service technicians while driving customer service and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technician questions and issues
  • Monitor service boards and assist technicians in ticket resolution
  • Drive customer satisfaction and service KPIs for the team and individual technicians
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of tech support experience
  • 1-2 years of people management experience in an IT environment
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred
  • Knowledge of PC hardware installation, repair, and troubleshooting
