Technical Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Trainer to develop and conduct training programs for the NAVAIR Acquisition Management System (AMS) tool suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality training plans and course schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational needs
• Deliver in-depth technical end-user training utilizing various formats and tailor techniques for maximum engagement
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create clear and actionable training content and manage training materials

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of training or education experience, particularly with web-based IT systems
• Experience in training module development and delivery
• Proficient in training materials and courseware development
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (1 additional year for each year of non-degree)
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required
