Technical Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Training Manager to develop and deliver training programs for employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and develop training strategies and materials
• Conduct training sessions and monitor employee performance and learning
• Maintain a database of training materials and coordinate training logistics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field
• Telecommunication Industry Certifications, preferably BICSI
• Two years of experience as a trainer or corporate training specialist
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and instructional software
• Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
