Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Product Support Trainer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead training programs across technical teams and partner support organizations
  • Design training materials and coordinate with content owners to align with operational updates
  • Define learning objectives, collect feedback, and iterate training content based on metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a technical trainer or enablement specialist in relevant environments
  • 3+ years of experience designing role-based learning using an LMS and authoring tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and instructional software
  • Experience in a SaaS environment and with support systems like Salesforce and Jira
  • Technical Training Certification(s) are highly desirable
