Technical Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Trainer responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for technical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training curricula, including virtual instructor-led training and eLearning modules
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging training materials and deliver interactive virtual training sessions
• Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training materials to reflect system changes and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Human Resources Training and Development, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in developing and implementing training programs for technological systems
• Strong knowledge of technical systems used in call center environments
• Proficiency in technology platforms and electronic learning systems, as well as Microsoft Office applications
• U.S. citizenship and fluency in English required
