Technical Trainer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technical Trainer will deliver tailored training sessions, develop instructional content, and collaborate with customer teams to enhance user adoption of SaaS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live and virtual training sessions using hands-on, scenario-based exercises tailored to user needs
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create practical training materials and ensure content quality through feedback and iteration
• Manage a pipeline of concurrent training engagements and communicate effectively with stakeholders across various levels

Required qualifications

• Experience in delivering technical training, particularly in SaaS environments
• Strong understanding of Salesforce-based platforms or similar technical backgrounds
• Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles
• Ability to navigate and demonstrate SaaS platforms in live environments
• Experience in managing multiple training projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams
