Job Summary
To support federal construction and facilities programs, the full-time remote Technical Trainer for Federal Sector will design, develop, and deliver end-user training for enterprise Kahua implementations, ensuring users confidently adopt the platform through effective training materials and sessions.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop role-based training curricula and materials for Kahua applications tailored to client-specific workflows
- Deliver engaging virtual and instructor-led training sessions to diverse audiences, including field personnel and executives
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve materials and delivery methods based on user feedback and metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in delivering adult or software end-user training or 3+ years with a professional training credential
- Experience training users on enterprise SaaS, ERP, or project management platforms
- Strong instructional design skills with experience in developing various training materials
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable federal suitability determination
