Technical Trainer I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Trainer I.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver customer-facing beginner-level Ignition training courses both virtually and in-person
• Communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Administer Ignition certification and assist with training projects as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Instructional field or 4 years of relevant technical education experience
• 2+ years of experience in classroom and eLearning instructional development or delivery
• Familiarity with a programming language (Python, Java, C++, etc.) and SQL
• Ability to write effective documentation for processes and procedures
• Enthusiasm for teaching; experience with Ignition or teaching programming classes is a plus
