Job Summary

To enhance client satisfaction, the full-time Technical Trainer - Managed Services will design and deliver technical training for contact-center agents, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge, while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building and sustaining a high-performing managed services workforce through effective, role-based technical training
  • Developing training materials and delivering standardized onboarding and continuous learning content to reduce operational risk
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align training with real-world performance needs and improving overall quality outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience, or a master's degree with 3 years of related experience, or 8 years of related experience without a degree
  • 5+ years of experience delivering technical training in an omni-channel managed services, IT operations, or service desk environment
  • 4+ years of EHR knowledge and/or experience in Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH, or other EMR
  • Strong understanding of IT service management concepts, including ITIL
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, role-appropriate training content
