Key Responsibilities

• Partner with SMEs to capture workflows and translate them into course designs and storyboards
• Create instructor-ready presentations and develop engaging, interactive eLearning content
• Build and validate hands-on labs and develop assessments mapped to training objectives

Required Qualifications

• Experience creating technical learning content for eLearning and instructor-led formats
• Strong writing, visual communication, and PowerPoint design skills
• Proven ability to learn technical products quickly and translate SME input into training
• Proficiency in building interactive eLearning using tools like Articulate or Adobe
• Foundational knowledge or strong interest in cybersecurity and networking
