Technical Training Content Developer

Job Summary

Owning and developing technical training content, the full-time remote Technical Training Content Developer will create and maintain product training materials, deliver customized training sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update technical learning content for Commerce products, ensuring it reflects platform changes
• Deliver personalized virtual and in-person training to enterprise clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate technical updates into engaging learning materials

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, or product training
• Working knowledge of GitHub and local development practices, including frameworks like Next.js or Nuxt.js
• Experience with e-commerce tools, SaaS applications, and various integrations (e.g., APIs, POS, ERP)
• Strong technical foundation with familiarity in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proven ability to manage multiple content projects in a fast-paced environment
