Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement a scalable framework for NVIS Training & Onboarding Programs
• Establish benchmarks for continuous improvement in training efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create organized learning modules and a global onboarding journey for new hires

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
• Over 8 years of experience managing programs
• Established track record in training, onboarding, or enablement efforts in a technical context
• Strong background in instructional or curriculum development
• Willingness to work with distributed teams across different time zones
