Technical Training Lead

Job Summary

Supporting the Shared Services Training organization, the full-time remote Technical Training Lead will create, maintain, and distribute high-quality training content while managing multiple training assignments to ensure field readiness and onboarding success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional instructional guides and technical job aids based on project requirements
• Create and edit instructional videos and SCORM modules, ensuring high quality and consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather training needs and update materials based on feedback

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Training, Instructional Design, Project Coordination, or related fields
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation and instructional materials
• Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Articulate SCORM
• Video editing experience is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
