Technical Training Lead

Job Summary

Supporting the Shared Services Training organization, the full-time remote Technical Training Lead will create and maintain high-quality training content, develop instructional materials, and manage multiple training assignments to ensure field readiness and onboarding success.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor communications from Account Managers and attend project kickoff meetings to gather training requirements
• Develop and maintain instructional guides, technical job aids, and training content for field representatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and recommend improvements to training documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Training, Instructional Design, Project Coordination, or a related field
• Experience creating technical documentation and instructional guides
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content creation tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Video editing experience is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments
