Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Training Manager to enhance capability development for client services within the Global Client Services and Planning team.
Key Responsibilities
- Document processes and create training materials, including user guides and SOPs
- Collaborate with leadership to assess and identify necessary skills for global team members
- Design and deliver impactful learning content and programs that support organizational growth
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in technical writing and documentation
- Experience in delivering technical training and video creation/editing
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry processes preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
