Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Training Manager to enhance capability development for client services within the Global Client Services and Planning team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document processes and create training materials, including user guides and SOPs
  • Collaborate with leadership to assess and identify necessary skills for global team members
  • Design and deliver impactful learning content and programs that support organizational growth
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical writing and documentation
  • Experience in delivering technical training and video creation/editing
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry processes preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
