Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Training Manager to oversee capability development for client services within Global Client Services and Planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document processes and create training materials, including process maps and user guides
  • Collaborate with leadership and team members to identify skills needed for global team members
  • Design and execute impactful learning content and assess the effectiveness of training programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical writing and documentation
  • Experience in delivering technical training and video creation/editing using relevant software
  • Knowledge of Pharma industry processes preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
