Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Training Manager to oversee capability development for client services within Global Client Services and Planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Document processes and create training materials, including process maps and user guides
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to identify skills needed for global team members
- Design and execute impactful learning content and assess the effectiveness of training programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in technical writing and documentation
- Experience in delivering technical training and video creation/editing using relevant software
- Knowledge of Pharma industry processes preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
