Technical Training Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Training Manager to develop training materials and programs for client services in the Clinical Trials Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Document processes, identify training needs, and create training materials including user guides and SOPs
• Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to design and deliver impactful learning content
• Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements based on data analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3-5 years of experience in technical writing and delivering technical training
• Experience with video creation and editing software
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry processes preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
