Technical Training Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Training Manager to oversee capability development for client services within the Clinical Trials Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Document processes and create training materials, including user guides and SOPs
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to identify skills needed for global team members
• Design and execute impactful learning content and assess the effectiveness of training programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3-5 years of experience in technical writing and documentation
• Experience in delivering technical training and video creation using relevant software
• Familiarity with data analysis and metrics in a training context
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry processes is highly preferred
