Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Document processes and create training materials, including user guides and SOPs
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to assess skill needs and design impactful learning content
- Evaluate program effectiveness using data analysis and adjust learning solutions accordingly
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in technical writing and documentation
- Experience in delivering technical trainings and video creation/editing
- Knowledge of Pharma industry processes preferred
- Experience working with data metrics and analytics
