Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Training Manager to enhance capability development within Global Client Services and Planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document processes and create training materials, including user guides and SOPs
  • Consult with leadership to assess and identify necessary skills for team members
  • Design and execute impactful learning content and development pathways
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical writing and documentation
  • Experience in delivering technical training and video creation/editing
  • Knowledge of Pharma industry processes preferred
  • Familiarity with data analytics to evaluate program effectiveness
