Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Training Manager to enhance capability development within Global Client Services and Planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Document processes and create training materials, including user guides and SOPs
- Consult with leadership to assess and identify necessary skills for team members
- Design and execute impactful learning content and development pathways
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in technical writing and documentation
- Experience in delivering technical training and video creation/editing
- Knowledge of Pharma industry processes preferred
- Familiarity with data analytics to evaluate program effectiveness
