Technical Training Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Training Manager responsible for developing and delivering technical training for Rotary Drills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical training team and manage technical competence development for Rotary Drills
• Deliver training on Rotary Drills for safe service and maintenance
• Develop and implement new training methods and tools, including eLearning and webinars

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in a technical field, with 3+ years in a managerial role
• In-depth experience with Rotary Drills and mining equipment
• Experience in assessing competence and delivering in-person training
• Ability to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
