Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Training Specialist to manage and coordinate training events and special projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics for face-to-face and virtual training sessions, including scheduling, room setup, and material management
  • Maintain training calendars and SharePoint sites, manage contracts and invoices, and support operational audits
  • Assist with LMS content management and provide technical support for virtual learning sessions
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of work experience in a related field
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related area
  • Experience with learning management and registration systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook Calendaring System
  • Consulting experience is highly preferred
