Technical Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Training Specialist to support the design, development, and delivery of technical training programs across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging training content and deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions
• Develop and maintain comprehensive training plans and curricula, aligning them with organizational goals
• Track and report training metrics, maintain accurate training records, and collaborate with various departments to identify training needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical management, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered
• 5+ years of experience in data center operations, maintenance, or training program development
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure systems, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
• Proven experience in developing training programs in a technical or industrial environment
• Excellent project management skills and familiarity with industry standards such as NFPA, OSHA, and ANSI
