Technical Training Specialist
Job Summary
To support the training and development of internal Technical Support teams, the remote Technical Training Specialist will create and deliver engaging learning experiences focused on new products, workflows, and processes over a nine-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop training for new products, workflows, and processes
- Translate complex scientific information into clear learning content
- Create presentations, guides, job aids, and assessments
Required Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. in life sciences or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, or genomics
- Experience creating or delivering technical or scientific training
- Ability to work with subject-matter experts and simplify complex information
- Strong organization and project-management skills
